Chakra Activation & Kundalini Awakening

There will a Chakra Activation & Kundalini Awakening on August 14, 2022. Chakra is a Sanskrit word and it means wheel. In ancient India, Chakras were used as various forms of energy. It is the focal point of the human body used in meditation practice. The human body has 7 main chakras and it can be activated by mantras and meditation. Each chakra has its own mantras and mudras.

But First… What Are Chakras?

The chakras are the seven major energy centers that run along your spine from your tailbone to the top of your head. I personally refer to them as The 7 Paths of energy. Together, along with your energy meridians, your seven major chakras are responsible for your overall and emotional health and physical wellness and you can use them to reduce overwhelm. When your chakras are not channeling energy efficiently you become at risk for diseases and illness.

Each chakra corresponds to a particular color, body part, and basic sense. Highly Sensitive People expend tremendous energy just trying to control and maintain their senses of sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and spirit. This leads to energy drain. Since each chakra relates to particular sense (and sensitive people can be very sensitive to their bodily senses), the dominating color of the aura reveals which sense you operate from the most so you can begin to use your other senses to restore a ‘sense-able’ balance to your life.

The colors of the major chakras are Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red. The aura itself is usually made up of several colors. The most energetic chakras determine the predominant color of your aura and the most common characteristics of your personality. When colors are not very energetic (you’ll discover what I mean when you take the test) or missing all together it is a sign of energy imbalance, and disease to come.

Chakras run from the bottom of the spine to the head. The 7 main chakras are as follows:

  1. Mooladhara – The Root Chakra
  2. Swadhisthana – The Sacral Chakra
  3. Manipura – The Solar Plexus Chakra
  4. Anahata – The Heart Chakra
  5. Vishuddhi – The Throat Chakra
  6. Ajna – The Third Eye Chakra
  7. Sahasrara – The Crown Chakra

The 7 (Seven) Main Chakras

  • Red and The Base Chakra :
The Root or Base Chakra links with your survival needs and your basic instincts, it is associated on a physical level with your external sexual organs.

  • Orange and The Sacral Chakra :
The Sacral Chakra is your emotional center, it links with your creative ability not just on a physical level but on an artistic and inspirational level too.

  • Yellow and The Solar Plexus Chakra :
The Solar Plexus is very much about your digestion not just about the physical food you consume but also the things or people in life you find so hard ‘to stomach’! It has associations with pent up or stored anger and with the organ of the liver directly.

  • Green and The Heart Chakra :
Obviously this affects the heart but not just in the way you love others but also in the way you treat yourself. It is associated with self nurturing as much as showing compassion for others. It may be an area that can be closed off or may be holding on to difficult emotions such as grief, embitterment or guilt.

  • Blue and The Throat Chakra :
The Throat Chakra is very much about how you express yourself, not just verbally as your body language is after all another way of communicating! It can also link with your ability to adapt to change – or not!

  • Indigo and The Third Eye Chakra :
This is the realm of imagination – of the good kind; where you see images in your mind of your hopes, dreams and aspirations. Equally though it may be of the not so good kind; where your mind runs away with fearful images and conjures up barriers, excuses and worries that can stop you moving forward.

  • Violet and The Crown Chakra :
This Chakra links with your minds’ control center, the pineal gland. It is all about your spiritual, Authentic Self, it is the major opening to your connection with the greater Universe and the Divine.

3 Key Points Of Chakras Link To The Physical Health

It is important to understand that your chakra energy is not independent of your health and wellbeing it is an integral part of it. It may not be the cause of any illness and predicament directly itself but ill health, disease and discomfort on a physical, mental or emotional level can be seen or felt in the energy field that surrounds the human body.

  1. The term we widely use is the aura to describe this energy field that we all have around us and many people are familiar with that. If you take it to a slightly deeper level you will discover that the aura although a fluid and flowing phenomenon does have a structure within it.

By structure I do not mean anything fixed and rigid but there are certain component parts, often called layers that come together to make up the aura as a whole. At the very central core of these layers lie seven energy centers, the Chakras. The layers are not sitting uniformly one on top of the other; oh no it is far more complex than that! They all interconnect and flow into each other; it’s more like a 3D matrix affect.

  1. The Chakras take in energy and they expel it out as well. Where does all this energy come from? Well there is the energy all around us that permeates everything, the Universal Energy. As well as that, every individual thing has its’ own unique energy or frequency too – from the mountains to a blade of grass.

Every individual has their own energy rate or frequency; you pick up on these frequencies whether you are consciously aware of it or not every second of every day. Every organ in the body has a different resonance, so does every illness, your words and even your thoughts have a unique energy too. This is vitally important as your repeated patterns of thoughts and behaviors can determine so much of your own experience of life.

  1. The Chakra Energy Centers each relate to specific areas, functions and aspects of the human body. Whichever Chakra Center is weakest will usually be the area that will first be implicated or affected by ill health or dysfunction.

This relates to illness or ill health as having a psychosomatic symptom or cause. This translates to there being an underlying mental or emotional cause to an illness or disorder. Of course the majority of the time we are totally unaware or not conscious of, the offending thought or emotion. After all we would not want to consciously make ourselves ill! Most of the thoughts, emotions and behavior patterns that can cause problems are neatly ‘stored away’ in your subconscious mind. They can be made more visible to you though, especially when you take a closer look at your energy and specifically the Chakra energy as by their very function and nature they each affect certain areas and attributes of the human body and psyche.

The Chakra Energy relates directly to the Core of your Human Spirit. This is you, your Authentic Self and it tries to get you to speak, behave and live in ways that are congruent with you in your very best aspect. In my words, living the best life you can – on purpose and with purpose. Anything that pulls you away from that Core Truth, Core Strength, and Core You will have an effect on your energy which will reveal itself at some point either in physical form or in your life situations and circumstance.

The Seven Chakras & Their Links To Subconscious Mind

The Chakras do not start and end with their description or definition – which is where many people stop with their understanding of them. To know their name and position is great but what purpose does that serve? What use is that information to you in your daily life? The Chakras are amazing, organic, 3 Dimensional Centers of Energy and within them they hold so many secrets. When their energy is combined, it makes up what we call the Aura, the energy field within and around the human body. It is within this energy sphere that psychics can ‘see’ and can discern many things about you that the ‘normal’ person is not consciously aware of.

Many of these things you can become more conscious of yourself and to my mind it is your subconscious mind giving you some minute signals, trying to get through to you. This is just the same and linked with how your body language works, your body language is your Chakra energy at work! There are a great many ways that the Chakras can try to ‘get’ your attention, often by being out of balance. Again there are a whole host of symptoms that would indicate an out of balance Chakra but for the purpose of trying to keep things simple I highlight just one common signal for each of the seven Chakras. For Example;

Signs of Energy Imbalance

  • Memory Lapses
  • Frequent Nightmares or Insomnia
  • Feeling as if the World is Not a Safe Place
  • Profound Fatigue or Consistently Feeling Drained
  • Always Feeling as Though Someone is Watching You
  • Inability to ‘Turn Off’ Empathic Abilities
  • Feeling Off Balance or Dizzy for a Continued Period of Time
  • Pain, Illness or Discomfort That is Relatively Unexplained
  • You’re seriously ill and in pain but all medical lab test are good
  • Acting Out of Character or Big Changes in Behavior
  • Unexplainable Negative or Obsessive Thoughts
  • Recurring Accidents or a String of ‘Bad Luck’
  • Dramatic Loss of Self-Confidence
  • Suicidal Tendencies

Your body is the mirror of your life. Everything begins with your consciousness. Everything that happens in your life, and everything that happens in your body, begins with something happening in your consciousness. When the choices that you make in your life leave you with residual stress, you experience this stress as if in your physical body. We know that stress create symptoms.

The Interesting Question Is :

"Which stress creates which symptoms?"

When we are able to quantify this process, we are then able to see the body as a map of the person’s consciousness. Then we can relate a particular symptom to a particular stress, the way Type A behavior has been associated with heart disease.

To understand this map, we must first orient ourselves to the idea that the causes of symptoms are within:

Diseases are caused by germs, however, why is it that only a certain set of people living together in a community fall ill and sometimes even lose their lives?!

Germs are everywhere. Why are some people affected and not others? Something different is happening in their consciousness. Why do some patients in hospitals respond better to treatment than others? They have different attitudes. Something different is happening in their consciousness. When someone is injured in an “accident,” why is it that a very specific part of the body is affected, and that it is the same part that has had habitual problems? Is that an “accident,” or is there a pattern and an order to the way things happen in our bodies?

You are a being of energy. A change of consciousness creates a change in the energy field and change in the energy field happens before a change in the physical body. Any manifestation happens from the consciousness, through the energy field, to the physical body. When we look at things in this way, we see that it is not the physical body creating the energy field, the aura, but rather the aura or energy field that is creating the physical body. What we see as the physical body is the end result of a process that begins with the consciousness.

When someone makes a decision that leaves them with stress, creating a blockage in the energy field with a sufficient degree of intensity, this creates a symptom on the physical level. The symptom speaks a certain language, which reflects the idea that we each create our own reality. We must understand that there are no accidents and no coincidences. Things do happen according to a pattern and order. We have an in-built guidance system, a connection our Higher Self or our Inner Being. This inner guidance system functions through what we call our intuition, or our instinct. It speaks a very simple language. Either it feels good, or it doesn’t. We are told we should move with what feels good, and do not do what doesn’t feel good to us. We are told to trust this inner voice. When we don’t follow this inner voice we feel tension. We feel not-good.

The next level of communication is through the emotions. As we move more and more in the direction that feels not-good, we experience more and more emotions that feel not-good, and at some point we can say, “I should have listened to myself when I thought to move in the other direction.” That meant that we heard the inner voice. Otherwise, we could not have said, “I should have listened.” If we make the decision we know is the right one for us, and therefore change direction, there is a release of tension, we feel better, and we know we are again on the right track. If we continue to move in the direction that feels not-good, the communication reaches the physical level. We create a symptom, and the symptom speaks a language which reflects the idea that we each create our own reality.

When we describe the symptom from that point of view, we can understand the message. If we change our way of being, we have received the message, and the symptom has no further reason for being. It is able to be released, according to whatever we allow ourselves to believe is possible. If we created the symptom with a decision, we are also able to release it with a decision. When someone makes a decision that it is not a good idea to express what they want, from that moment, whenever there is something they want, they keep themselves from expressing it, and therefore from having what they want. That feels not-good. The tension grows. They feel more and more not-good as they keep themselves from expressing what they want and not having it.

Eventually, something happens to create a symptom on the physical level, and their right arm is affected. It could have happened through falling from a ladder, or in an automobile accident, or by pinching a nerve in the neck, or by “sleeping in a draft.” Something had to happen on the physical level to create the symptom, in order to give the person the message on the physical level about what they had been doing to themselves. We do to ourselves literally what we have been doing to ourselves figuratively. The effect is that the person cannot move their arm. They are keeping themselves from reaching for something, and since it is the right arm, on the “will” side of the body, they are keeping themselves from reaching for or going for what they want. They have been giving themselves reasons to not believe that they could have what they want. When they begin to do something different in their consciousness, they notice that something different begins to happen with their arm, and the symptom is able to be released.

The logical conclusion of this process is that anything can be healed through Chakra activation. So you do not need to be affected by the economy or man-made conditions. You can create your own personal economic environment of prosperity and good health. Abundance means having things that fulfill you. You can create financial abundance doing what you love. You can manifest what you want by working with mind and energy. Impossible Is Not A Fact, It Is An Opinion. You can create great financial prosperity in your life while living a life of integrity, compassion and love for others. Prosperity comes from attuning to your soul’s wisdom, serving others and putting energy around you in higher order, greater harmony and a more beautiful state. The Universal supply is infinite.
